The Oslo Accords of 1995 was to expire after 5 years and in view of Arab-Palestinians statements it is null and void - 

and therefore; The Arab-Palestinian Authority is dismantled and has no legitimate existence or standing. Therefore all official charges and claims by the Arab-Palestinian Authority which is now defunct shall be and must be ignored and have no legal validity.
